Policies, Processes & Procedures

Develops and oversees the implementation of departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls across the Safety Department. Ensures compliance with all applicable procedural and legislative requirements while delivering consistent high-quality and cost-effective services.

Day-to-Day Operations

Leads the day-to-day operations of the Safety Department to ensure work processes are implemented effectively and comply with established policies, procedures and standards.

Investigation & Reporting

Leads investigations into significant safety incidents; reviews and oversees the preparation of investigation reports ensuring findings, recommendations and corrective actions are appropriately documented and implemented.

Training & Safety Culture
