Responsibilities

This role leads the implementation and adoption of PwC’s Advisory Quality & ISMS Framework, ensuring consistent delivery excellence, risk management, and compliance with global standards.

• Oversee governance forums, KPIs, delivery health, risk intelligence, and improvement plans.
• Ensure Information Security compliance.
• Conduct process and compliance reviews.
• Prepare teams for internal and external quality/ISMS assessments.
• Lead major industry certifications (CMMI Level 3, SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, automation).
