Senior Manager, Process Architecture

Checkout.com is looking for a visionary Head of Process Architecture to serve as the strategic operational leader across three critical pillars: Operations, Compliance, and Finance.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between executive vision and tactical execution, moving beyond functional silos to design a unified, frictionless operating model.

You will lead a central Process Centre of Excellence, managing a team responsible for the integrity, scalability, and efficiency of our most critical value streams. You are not just fixing processes; you are designing the blueprint for how Checkout.com scales globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the process architecture strategy across Operations, Compliance, and Finance, ensuring these distinct functions integrate seamlessly to support our growth.
• Lead enterprise‑wide initiatives that cross functional boundaries, breaking down silos to improve efficiency and merchant experience.
