Senior Manager (Mechanical)

A key member of the plant management team, you will lead the development, management, and implementation of mechanical asset management strategies and programs to uphold plant reliability and availability, while ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements. You will also build and develop a collaborative, competent, and high‑performing team.

• Align department's direction with the overall organizational and business strategy.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technical officers, and technicians to respond to plant issues and outages, ensuring timely and proper rectification and restoration.
