Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Sustaining and cascading the machine and tooling improvement actions
• Responsible for overall execution of equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively
• Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to its fullest performance
• Responsible for repeat order equipment buyoff and release
• Establish/modify setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime
• Actively support, participate, and embrace an empowered team culture, including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality, and engineering groups
• Investigate and implement counter‑measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns
