The successful individual will uphold uncompromising safety standards, effectively lead 400+ team members, and provide exemplary customer service.
Responsibilities:
Management of warehouse facility, operations and personnel.
Ensure sufficient labor to comply with shipping volume.
Conduct safety training, enforce protocols, and investigate accidents.
Prepare operational data reports for internal and external analysis.
Frequent communication via phone, email and in-person with VIP customers and division management.
Review departmental and client SOPs for improvement as needed.
