JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the organization. Provides resolution of business or technical issues by identifying legal solutions, recommending a course of action.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Must be an LLB or JD graduate and a member of the Philippine Bar in good standing or must have a law degree that qualifies to practice law.

• With 2 years of law firm experience as a Lawyer and handled Labor, Criminal, and Civil Litigation; with extensive exposure in contract review and negotiation of cross-border transactions. (Underbar experience will not be counted)

• Must have presentation and analytical skills.

• Must have problem solving and innovative skills.

• Must have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
