Responsibilities
- Engage regularly with customers to review performance and strengthen relationships.
- Drive customer retention, account growth, and new business through effective stakeholder management.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver aligned and efficient business outcomes.
- Develop and execute annual customer business plans aligned to strategy.
- Ensure service performance consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and value delivery.
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain & Logistics or Equivalent
- Minimum 8 years experience as Key Account Manager in the Supply Chain industry and/or 3rd Party Logistics
- Minimum 3 years Experience and Expertise in Transport and/or Warehouse Operations
