About the Role
**What you will do-**
+ Create and develop excellent working relationships with key Managers, Directors and Senior Directors in both the Selling Divisions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution) and the Global Operations plant network as well as regional marketing and demand leaders.
+ Coordinate the monthly IBP cycle including timeliness of the demand and supply plan submissions and critical meetings such as Net Requirements Meetings, Regional Requirements Meetings, Product Portfolio Reviews and pre-IBP working meetings and well as IBP meetings for the Communications Business Unit.
+ Lead IBP Reconciliation meetings and develop content for Executive IBP (EIBP) reviews.
+ Build relationships across sales, marketing, field operations, finance, demand planning, operations, and distribution.
