The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) undertakes the statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children, families and vulnerable adults (VAs). Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. As part of the RPG family, the Protective Service (PSV) is a statutory service that leads in the policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well‑being of children and young person (CYP), families and vulnerable adults experiencing violence, abuse or neglect.

• Supervise a team of case workers who will be responding to high‑risk cases on‑site that involves child abuse, domestic violence and vulnerable adults, conduct safety assessment and implement immediate safety planning to ensure their safety, during and after‑office hours;
