Senior Manager Financial Reporting

KennedyPearce are hiring a senior finance leadership role responsible for overseeing financial reporting, control, governance, and performance analysis across a hospitality portfolio. Based in London, the Director acts as the key link between local finance teams, ownership, asset management, operations, development, and investment stakeholders.

The position focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across multiple countries and currencies, while strengthening financial controls, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving reporting improvements across the portfolio. This role is 4 days in the office.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and consolidation across all hotel assets
