Senior Manager (Facilities) - RAK Properties

To lead and manage the integrated facilities management operations of the organization. The role involves strategic oversight and daytoday coordination of both Hard and Soft Services vendor performance regulatory compliance and service excellence. The Senior Manager will ensure optimal use of resources through effective planning execution and stakeholder collaboration. As a key leadership role the incumbent will drive operational excellence customer satisfaction and team engagement using CAFM and other enterprise systems.
