Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Deferred Compensation to lead the end-to-end governance and delivery of our global deferred compensation and equity programmes.
This is a highly visible role sitting within the Compensation function (Performance, Reward & Benefits), offering the opportunity to shape strategy, strengthen governance frameworks, and influence senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, Treasury, and Corporate Secretariat.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our reward structures are robust, compliant, competitive and aligned with the Bank's strategic objectives-while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.
