The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead the integrity, governance, and analytical execution of CHI’s commercial customer data and segmentation capabilities. In this role, you’ll own the customer data foundation across Salesforce, SAP, and reporting platforms, ensuring customer hierarchies, identifiers, and segmentation models are accurate, consistent, and trusted. You'll oversee segmentation refresh cycles, manage analytical data inputs, and ensure customer data is applied reliably across commercial systems.

Working closely with Go To Market (GTM) Strategy, Sales Operations, CRM, IT, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams, you’ll translate segmentation strategy into scalable data models, governance processes, and operational execution.
