Senior Manager, Contract Management Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams delivering CMS to Contract Managers/Owners
• Support Contract Manager/Owner through training, risk assessment completion, and contracts documentation
• Ensure Contract Compliance is completed to enable contracts to be operational
• Register key contract obligations in the key obligations log
• Work with Contract Managers to attest obligations are known and understood
• Provide support for catalogue creation and maintenance
• Record and log commercial obligations related to spend with finance for forecasting purposes
• Manage contract changes, amendments, and updates
• Support regulatory‑driven contract change programs
• Support Day‑2 period risk assessments per TPRM standards
• Resolve risk exceptions
• Maintain a flight plan of key contract dates, including renewal notice periods and expiry dates
