About the Role
The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth and expand market reach by developing, executing, and optimizing strategies for third-party partners such as resellers, distributors, and agents.
This role serves as a key link between the company and its indirect sales network, helping ensure that partners are equipped, supported, and motivated to represent and sell our products and services effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver against company sales and profit targets, with year-on-year growth objectives.
- Manage customer relationships across channels and support sales growth through effective go-to-market strategies.
- Evaluate and develop the distributor network across the country, aligned with existing sales channels and company strategy.
- Represent Olympus in direct engagement with end users for selected key accounts, including product presentations and price negotiations in distributor countries.
