Job Overview

The EH&S Regional Lead will play a critical role in supporting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management System across the P&W organization in APAC. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who is passionate about advancing EHS excellence through structured support, data management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving EHS culture and providing excellent customer support for all sites within a region.
• Maintaining a reciprocal relationship with site leadership to influence design and rollout of key initiatives, driving site‑level execution to achieve desired results.
• Cascading policy deployment, improvement targets, and strategic direction to P&W APAC Organization Leadership, Site General Managers, site EHS Managers, site EHS Councils, or other staff.
