Senior Manager â IT Governance and Performance Management

Purpose

This role will be responsible for ensuring the existence and operations of strong governance across IT including:

• The development and management of IT/technology policies (in line with best practices and with consideration for IHSs business context)
• IT performance management establish independent performance metrics for IT. Report on performance metrics and potential improvement areas to relevant stakeholders
• Support with strategy and operational model development as well as establishing IT waysofworking.
• Provide oversight over key IT processes ensuring clarity of objectives roles activities and deliverables
