Senior Major Gifts Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Major Gifts Officer to join a leading national charity. This is a full-time, permanent role within the Philanthropy & Partnerships team, focused on supporting the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with high-net-worth individuals and major donors to maximise income in support of the organisation’s vital work.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Support the development and delivery of tailored proposals, engagement opportunities, and stewardship plans for donors
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of mid- to high-value supporters, ensuring excellent donor care and long-term engagement
• Assist in identifying and researching new prospects, contributing to the growth of the major donor pipeline
