Senior Mainframe Developer – IBM COBOL/CICS (Hybrid)

Avanciers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mainframe Developer to join our team for a client in Mexico (Guadalajara or Mexico City). The role focuses on IBM mainframe applications, COBOL and CICS, with hybrid work. You will develop and maintain complex systems, analyze and optimize legacy code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance.

Advanced English communication is required; prior experience with Datacom, VSAM, and TIBCO is advantageous.
