Senior Machine Learning Engineer

The Manulife/John Hancock AI Team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior** **Machine Learning Engineer** with a strong focus on deploying end-to-end data science models and solutions to accelerate and optimize sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers, BI Specialists, Sales and Marketing Leaders, and IT partners to execute AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives that will shape the future of our business. The team implements a wide range of traditional ML models as well as cutting-edge LLM approaches. As a MLE, you will lead the development and deployment of innovative approaches to optimize existing and new machine learning systems, unlocking their full potential to drive maximum business value.
