Senior M365 Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities

• As a Senior M365 Engineer (all genders), you are the subject‑matter expert for Microsoft 365 collaboration and intelligent work across valantic’s European multi‑tenant environment.
• Design, implement, and improve SharePoint Online (intranets, site structures, metadata, document management) in line with enterprise governance.
• Own and develop the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) including environments, policies, and ALM; voice/telephony remains out of scope.
• Manage Microsoft Teams governance and policies for internal and external users, including meetings, external access, and collaboration controls.
• Drive adoption and technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, including custom agents, connectors, and responsible AI governance with Purview.
