Senior LIHTC Underwriter & Project Lead

Achievers Network is looking for a Project Manager in Peru, Junín to oversee tax credit equity and debt underwriting for affordable housing projects. Responsibilities include leading underwriting, building relationships with developers, and training junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of LIHTC experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The position offers a compensation range of $70,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually, with additional benefits.
