Senior LightSpray Planning & Forecasting Lead

On is looking for a strategic Senior Specialist – LightSpray Planning to lead forecasting, planning, and allocation for innovative footwear technologies. You will work closely with Product Creation, Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain teams to shape business plans and optimize inventory flow.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a commercial mindset. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ANAPLAN are a plus.
