As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be part of the Legal Department. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading complex litigation matters and complaints, including by formulating and recommending tailored dispute resolution strategies for individual cases, retaining responsibility for the coordinated conduct of disputes (from internal alignment to the instruction and oversight of external counsel), and representing the Bank in court proceedings where appropriate;
• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating contracts and/or any other documentation of the Bank with a focus on securities trading;
• Advising internal stakeholders on the legal aspects of the Bank’s projects, including innovative banking services and implementation of new technologies, providing strategic legal guidance and proactively proposing risk‑based, business‑oriented solutions;
