Job Description Summary THE SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER ROLE The Senior Legal Manager oversees all legal aspects of the business. This includes ensuring compliance with regulations, managing litigation, providing counsel on corporate strategies, and mitigating risks. The Senior Legal Manager is a business partner to the other practice areas of the company, helping them solve legal and business problems, negotiate contracts, and create new opportunities while addressing issues of compliance and risk management. The Senior Legal Manager will work with Alira Health’s integral legal team and will focus on the following areas. Key Responsabilities Contracts Draft, analyze, manage, and finalize a wide range of contracts requiring knowledge in the healthcare sector, including, but not limited to, NDA’s, MSA’s, Clinical Trial Agreements, Saa S Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Partner Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements and Vendor Agreements Provide guidance on acceptable contract langu...
