The opportunity

EY Canada is looking for an experienced candidate to help support the growth of our firm. You will join our General Counsel’s Office, a team of sophisticated in-house lawyers who are a respected and integrated part of our professional services firm. You will act as a strategic advisor to our business and help EY's professionals negotiate complex commercial contracts with some of our most significant clients. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support EY as a key legal advisor on the review and negotiation of strategic transactions of varying sizes and complexity, including contracts with our clients, alliance partners, software and product vendors, subcontractors and others.

  • Provide strategic advice working closely with our business teams and internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess, review and negotiate contracts with a technology focus, including master services agreements and related statements of w...
