Senior / Lead Investment Officer, Blended Finance (Montreal)

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Investment Officer, Blended Finance to join FinDev Canada, Canada’s development financial institution.

Location: Montreal (hybrid model with 3 in‑office days per week). Alternate locations: Ottawa or Toronto may be considered.

Employment Type: Permanent.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of FinDev Canada’s blended finance pipeline, working with sectoral teams such as Infrastructure, Funds, Agribusiness, and Financial Intermediaries.
• Source new concessional capital and new blended finance transactions.
• Structure and underwrite blended finance deals in alignment with the DFI Enhanced Blended Finance Principles and FinDev Canada’s Concessional Facility Terms and Conditions.
