People (Professional Employers Pvt Ltd) is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Benefits & EOR Services to oversee payroll operations, manage employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. You will lead the Benefits & EOR team for operational efficiency while maintaining excellent client relationships. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. The position is based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
