Objectives & Role Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for achieving annual sales objectives within an assigned customer base, including strategic key accounts , in the Malaysian market. The role focuses heavily on high-level customer relationship management, precise sales execution, and the promotion of a premium portfolio of vision care products.

  • Strategic Sales Execution:
    • Achieve annual sales targets through disciplined journey planning and objective setting.
    • Execute quarterly marketing and promotional objectives using Persuasive Selling Skills (PSS) .
    • Maintain or increase customer share of spend by aligning product offerings with market trends.
    • Secure and maintain premium merchandising space and POSM within territory outlets...
