• Design, implement and improve DSV IT Continuity Management process, corresponding procedures and documentation
• Design, implement and improve Operational Governance related processes and procedures to ensure compliance and operational stability
• Ensure operations of DSV IT Disaster Recovery tests, delivering on time and with quality
• Track and monitor KPI of IT Continuity Management (Disaster Recovery) for governance and control to ensure IT resilience and operational stability
