Overview

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is the primary, fully dedicated project leader responsible for the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of large-scale government (SLED/FED) technology modernization initiatives. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ensuring that complex IT projects, such as case management and electronic health record systems, or other enterprise technology implementations—are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with state and federal compliance standards. The SPM maintains a strong onsite presence in Jefferson City, MO to support continuous coordination with state agencies, governance bodies, and technical teams.
