Job Description
As we scale our operations and enhance internal infrastructure, were looking for a hands-onIT Helpdesk/IT Supportto oversee IT activities at our Da Nang office, ensure system stability, and support a secure, efficient working environment for all employees.

• Deliver day-to-day IT support to internal users (workstations, network, VPN, printers, conferencing tools, etc.)
• Set up and maintain laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS), user accounts, and software environments
• Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and access control across internal platforms
• Monitor and maintain office network systems, routers, switches, and virtualization infrastructure
