About the Role
**Senior IP Paralegal**:
Abion is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Senior IP Paralegal** to join our legal team in Oslo. In this role, you will ensure deadlines, filings, and records are handled with accuracy and consistency, and support our IP attorneys with day-to-day prosecution and IP portfolio work.
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage and maintain IP portfolios, ensuring high data quality and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Draft and coordinate correspondence with clients, external counsel, and intellectual property offices.
- Monitor, track, and meet deadlines for trademark and design matters (including docketing and follow-ups).
- Support IP attorneys with prosecution and enforcement work, including documentation and case administration.
- Assist in litigation-related matters by collecting, organizing, and maintaining relevant information and documents.
