Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept development to final presentation, ensuring high-quality outputs and creative solutions.
- Produce high-standard concept work using hand sketches, digital, and traditional media, while mentoring junior team members on projects.
- Proactively contribute to business development, including pitches, proposal writing, and presentations.
- Create and review drawing packages for schematic and detailed design stages.
