About the Role
**Description**
Tyto Athene is looking for a **Senior Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Analyst** to support the OPS3 IWMS ARCHIBUS project team at SSC in providing acquisitions project management, sustainment, engineering and lifecycle program support.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service, user assistance, project analytical support, and configuration changes within RAMS/Archibus.
+ Provide ongoing technical and engineering support for IWMS customization, including testing of patches, updates, and new functionality.
+ Provide guidance, training, and daily tasking to junior IWMS technicians and SSC IWMS organizational support staff.
+ Coordinate with organizational leaders to develop policies and procedures for personnel moves, equipment changes, and facility change‑request workflows.
