Senior Implementation Specialist

The Senior Implementation Specialist role requires technical, project management, and leadership capabilities. The technical aspect includes collecting requirements, configuring AlphaDesk, supplying functional specifications, and testing solutions for both new and existing clients. You will be responsible for client implementation projects and for coordinating a team of specialists assigned to each project, ensuring timely completion and successful go‑live of every project.
