About the Role

Our client requires a Senior IAM/PAM Governance Advisor to provide strategic and operational security governance, including updating of policies, on a large post-acquisition integration.

Candidate must be located in Calgary or Toronto.

Must Have:

  • IAM and PAM Governance Risk and Compliance strong experience designing and enforcing:
  • Access governance models
  • Role‑based and attribute‑based access controls (RBAC/ABAC)
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • IAM & PAM policies, standards, and procedures
  • Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks ISO / , NIST, CIS Controls, SOX, SOC 2, PCI‑DSS (as applicable)
  • Strong writing experience - refine and define Policies, Standards, Governance language. Ability to modernize policy language.
