Our financial services client is seeking a Senior HR Specialist, Savings Programs (Contract, 5+ years) to coordinate employee share and pension program activities

Join a project-based role supporting employee share matching initiatives within a leading banking environment. This position focuses on managing the wind-down of inactive employee ownership plan accounts, coordinating payments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The assignment offers an opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility savings program project and complete a significant deliverable that will strengthen your portfolio.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in HR, pensions, benefits, or finance environments
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Workday or SuccessFactors
  • Project management and relationship management
