Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to take ownership of payroll and HR processes across fast-scaling, international environments. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate execution, legal compliance, and operational excellence across multiple countries, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to local tax and labor laws. Develop and continuously enhance employment contract templates in collaboration with legal teams and EOR partners. Oversee the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes—while maintaining clean and accurate HRIS data. Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs); identify opportunities to automate and streamline people processes.
