Effective Performance of the Industrial Relations function Responsible for all disciplinary processes conducted in the region, ensuring compliance with the company’s code of conduct and procedures To effectively preside over all disciplinary hearings within the region and ensure that all matters are dealt with consistently and that the guidelines as set out in the LRA/Main Collective Agreement as well as the company disciplinary procedure is applied Competent representation of the company in dismissal disputes referred to the bargaining council/CCMA Ensuring that line management is kept informed of changes to the interpretation and application of disciplinary proced...
