About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual with strong Employee Relations experience to join our Marsh UK HR Regional Advisor team. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days per week in our London office. This is a fixed‑term contract for a period of 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance of the Lead HR Manager, independently manage Employee Relations cases from start to finish, including investigations, performance improvement, disciplinary hearings, grievances, sickness absence, probation, harassment/discrimination, appeals and TUPE transfers. For more complex matters, engage with the Employee Relations CoE for advice and support.
  • Advise, coach and support UK People Managers across the full range of HR activities, including communications, change management and organisational effectiveness.
