About the Role

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and execute human resource operations that support manpower planning, recruitment, employee welfare, and compliance across the company's integrated construction, mechanical, electrical, and maintenance divisions. The role ensures alignment with Singapore's statutory requirements (MOM) and company policies to maintain a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding . Manage end-to-end recruitment for both local and office team, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring administration. . Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WP, S Pass, EP) through MOM's . EP Online system. .
