Senior HR Executive – Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Payroll & Leave Administration

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlement and utilization tracking.
  • Handle monthly staff claims verification and submission.
