HRIS

  • Oversee HRIS operations, system enhancements, reporting, and HR digitalization initiative
  • Lead the process transformation and digitalise our current traditional filing and processes.
  • Update and maintain HRIS to ensure HR records are accurate, current, and compliant (employee movements, contract changes, personal particulars, benefits, etc.).
  • Support HR reporting and data accuracy for audits, management reporting, and operational needs.
