Job Description HRIS Oversee HRIS operations, system enhancements, reporting, and HR digitalization initiative Lead the process transformation and digitalise our current traditional filing and processes. Update and maintain HRIS to ensure HR records are accurate, current, and compliant (employee movements, contract changes, personal particulars, benefits, etc.). Support HR reporting and data accuracy for audits, management reporting, and operational needs.
