About the Role
Responsibilities
- Partner with GSM leadership to align people strategies with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, contracts, workplace policies, WHS, and flexible work arrangements
- Develop and maintain compliant HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation
- Drive continuous improvement, leverage HR technology to enhance efficiency
- Partner with Group Compensation & Benefits to maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Support payroll processes across multiple countries
- Partner with leaders to identify workforce and capability needs, develop effective talent acquisition strategies
- Conduct training needs analyses and deliver learning, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives
- Partner with the WHS Australasia team to ensure workplace health and safety risks are effectively managed
