AECOM is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Heavy Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design, integration, and implementation of major mechanical equipment for hydroelectric power plants and water retention structures, both for new developments and for rehabilitation and modernization projects. The systems involved include gates and stoplogs, trash racks, lifting mechanisms, winches, overhead cranes, material handling systems, and associated auxiliary equipment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, technicians, and project managers, contributing to the delivery of complex projects across Canada and, occasionally, internationally.
