Senior / Health Attendant

The job holder provides and guides basic home‑based care support to clients, while assisting nurses and senior care staff in ensuring safe service delivery. The role supports ADL assistance, basic monitoring, home environment support, junior staff guidance and timely escalation of client or operational concerns in accordance with AMK‑THKH policies and care plans.

• Provide basic personal care and ADL support, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal support and comfort measures.
• Assist with safe mobility, transfers, positioning and simple prescribed maintenance exercises within competency.
• Accompany clients for appointments, therapy or approved activities where assigned.
• Support clients’ physical, mental and nutritional well‑being during care delivery.
