+ Complete electrical hardware design for new products and existing product update, solve technical problems.
+ Analyzes, guide and follow projects to completion within Schedule and cost target.
+ Coach junior team member. Performs complex assignments often requiring design of new or improved techniques /processes.
+ Drives cost out of new and existing products activities.
+ Provides technical support to local product lines and performs product quality control in China.
